You will be met at the airport or hotel in Murmansk and taken to Teriberka. Driving through the tundra, you will see fields of windmills and northern hills. You will have a view of the fjords and the Barents Sea - the edge of the Arctic Ocean.
In Teriberka, you will check into a hotel on the shore of the bay and go on an excursion. You will see the skeleton of a whale, explore the building of a 3-story abandoned school and visit a ship cemetery.

Here, on the shallows of the Teriberka Bay, lie the remains of 12 fishing vessels used in the middle of the last century. You will also visit the Teriberka brewery, the northernmost in Russia. In the local park, you will meet huskies and reindeer.
At the end of the day, you will have dinner in the hotel restaurant, after which you can walk along the beach and admire the shore of the Barents Sea.

Today you will try snorkeling and freediving in the Barents Sea. Together with instructors, you will walk along the rock reef and get acquainted with its unique ecosystem. You will see colonies of scallops, sea urchins and Kamchatka crabs, thickets of seaweed and ficus. Depending on the season, seals and ringed seals, cod, flounder, haddock, halibut will swim past you.

After lunch, you will go for a walk in the Arctic Ocean. Moving by boat along the shores of the Kola Peninsula, you will pass places where whales and dolphins are often spotted. This is wild nature, we cannot guarantee encounters with animals, but there is a chance to meet seals, minke whales, humpback whales, white-beaked dolphins, and with great luck - killer whales and beluga whales. In the evening, a tasting of Barents Sea delicacies awaits you at the restaurant: you will try crabs, scallops, mussels and sea urchins.

Important: we conduct a freediving program only for travelers over 12 years old. Children participate in the dive for an additional fee, provided they have their own equipment and a free instructor.

After breakfast at the hotel, you will go trekking in the vicinity of Teriberka (7 km, about 4 hours including photo stops). Along the way, you will see the classic landscapes of the Kola Peninsula: hills covered with moss, lichen and thickets of blueberries, bilberries and lingonberries.

During the trek, you will visit the beach, which is called the "coast of dragon eggs" because of the large round and oval stones that cover the entire coast for tens of meters. You will visit a 130-year-old weather station with still-working instruments and see a battery from the Great Patriotic War with four naval guns.

Then you will reach the Batareisky waterfall, which flows into the sea in a stormy stream. The waterfall flows in a crevice of red and brown rocks surrounded by green tundra. In the nesting area of ​​the Teriberka bird market, you will watch seagulls, cormorants and guillemots. After returning to Teriberka and having lunch, you will go to the Murmansk airport. If you have time before departure, you will visit a restaurant of northern cuisine.

Throughout the program you will be accompanied by experienced guides. During snorkeling and freediving you will be accompanied by a photographer instructor, and on a whale-searching boat trip - a lifeguard instructor.

Meals on the tour will be organized at the Nord Pilgrim Hotel until July 1, after July 1 — at the Ter Hotel. All meals are included from lunch on day 1 to lunch on day 3. Breakfast on day 1 and dinner on day 3 will be paid for separately.

On the way to Teriberka, you will stop at a store where you can buy the products you will need on the trip: snacks, fruits. On the second day, there will be seafood for dinner: crabs, scallops, mussels and sea urchins.

If you have time before departure, you will visit a restaurant with local cuisine and try the specialties.

You can participate in this tour with any level of physical fitness (in the absence of medical contraindications). The program includes trekking up to 7 km, be prepared for walking.

People with a height of 150 cm and a weight of 45 kg can participate in the dive. If you are shorter, you will need your own wetsuit.

You can go on the trip with children from 8 years old. Children have a 10% discount (program without freediving). If the child is 12 years old or older, if there is a free instructor, he can also participate in the dive - the surcharge will be 19,200 rubles (if you book a place for yourself and your child) or 9,600 rubles (if the child is participating in the tour with two parents).
You will need your own children's wetsuit, but if the child fits an adult size, the suit can be rented on site.

Transport from Murmansk to Teriberka and back - on comfortable SUVs or minivans (depending on the size of the group). On day 2, you will go on a boat trip on a high-speed boat with a capacity of up to 7 people.

For snorkeling and freediving you will be provided with thick neoprene wetsuits, hydro socks, fins, masks, weights
